From Sr. Francesca to Sr. MIRI Francesca!!

On November 1st. The Solemnity of All Saints, Sr. Francesca professed temporary vows in our community. She took the name Sr. Miri Francesca (Aramaic for "Mary") and is now wearing our full habit (see below). On the right she is pictured holding up her gift from the community at her profession breakfast on the morning of the day of her vows, a homemade black bag (trademark of all professed TOR Sisters!).

Below is her cake baked and decorated by one of the novices. It says "For you the nails are the vows, but they fix you in my heart"... a quote from Bl. Mary of the Trinity

Our candidates had some time with our Brother TOR postulants. Pictured here is Sinead, Libby, and Kim with Brothers Dave, Louis, and John. The candidates have been transitioning well and have brought much joy to us. They are preparing for their entrance into postulancy which will be held in early February. Please keep them in your prayers!
